Exciting Show Updates!

  • Extreme Makeover: Home Edition - They'll be in the North Hall Theme Center! Meet Paul DiMeo and Tracy Hutson, two innovative, nationally-known designers featured on the hit TV show!
  • Partnership Pavilion - open exclusively to NAHB Members,  this is your one-stop shopping place for AD&C financing to make your projects happen.  Additionally, investors and financial institutions will be onsite to discuss troubled/distressed assets refinancing and investments.  Enter your projects and/or troubled/distressed assets online at www.nahb.org/financeapplication.
  • The Gramatica Brothers - Bill and Martin Gramatica, former NFL kickers will be available to talk football, sign autographs and discuss their latest building projects.  Find them in the North Hall Theme Center on Wednesday from 10 am - Noon and 2 - 4 pm. 
  • Additional Keynote Speaker - IBS is excited to welcome Steve Cameron, an expert in every aspect of the real estate industry from financing and acquisition to master plan development to the sales and marketing of new homes.  Steve will now be part of Thursday's panel on Resiliency Check! Using Non-Traditional Approaches to Stay in Business.

Sales & Marketing Lounge on the Exhibit Floor
Ask a Sales & Marketing Pro: A Builder Outreach from IRM and NSMC - Members of the National Sales and Marketing Council and The Institute of Residential Marketing will be available in this exhibit floor lounge to answer all of your sales and marketing questions.

Fantastic Friday! 
The Show is wrapping up with a bigger finish than ever. On Friday, all education sessions are FREE to all registered attendees.  In addition, attendees are invited to join in a special happy hour on the show floor, with specially priced hot dogs and beer. Add in a total of $30,000 in hourly cash giveaways given out throughout the day, and it’s clear that ‘Fantastic Friday’ will serve as a great finale to the Show!

One or Two Day Education Passes
Also new this year, attendees can purchase one or two day education passes.  The pass includes admittance to the exhibit floor all four days and the attendee must specify which day of education they wish to purchase.

One day passes are $100 for members and $150 for non-members through January 18 and $150 for members and $225 for non-members onsite.

Two day passes are $200 for members and $300 for non-members through January 18 and $300 for members and $450 for non-members onsite.
