Modify/Cancel Existing Hotel Reservations
You must contact the hotel directly to cancel or modify your room reservation.

Failure to cancel in accordance with the cancellation policy on your confirmation or to check-in on your scheduled arrival date will result in a first night's room and tax penalty charged by the hotel to the credit card provided. Under no circumstances will NAHB be responsible for refunding a processing fee for a cancelled reservation nor will NAHB be responsible for any damages from failure to cancel a reservation or check-in on your scheduled arrival date.
