A credit card (valid through January 2016) is required in order to secure the reservation. A deposit equal to the first night’s room and tax (12%) will be charged by the hotel to the card provided when the reservation is sent to the hotel at the end December. By providing your credit card information you are agreeing to that charge. If you do not provide a credit card, a room will not be assigned. Checks are not accepted for hotel deposits. Hotel rates include a fee for transportation to and from the convention center.
On or before December 18, 2015: Room cancellations received on or before Friday, December 18 will be processed without penalty. Failure to check in on your scheduled arrival day or cancellation of your hotel reservation will result in a first night's room and tax penalty. Please refer to your hotel confirmation for the specific cancellation policy at your hotel.

December 19, 2015 - January 3, 2016: You may still make changes to your existing reservations through our system December 19 through January 3. New reservations can also be made, however the availability will be very limited so it is highly recommended that you make your reservations prior to December 18, 2015.
January 4, 2016: You must contact the hotel directly to cancel or modify room reservations. Failure to cancel in accordance with the cancellation policy printed on your confirmation will result in the forfeiture of your entire deposit.
