Building Knowledge Session – These 60-90 minute sessions are the foundation of IBS education. With nearly 125 sessions in 8 education tracks, attendees are guaranteed to find programs on the hottest, most relevant building industry topics. Full registration or 1-day education registration for the day of the session is required.
Spotlight Session – Each time block features one Spotlight session, a 60-90 minute program that highlights leading industry experts and the latest emerging trends. IBS attendees won’t want to miss these high-profile, energizing sessions. Full registration or 1-day education registration for the day of the session is required.
Master Session – These sessions are in-depth, three-hour intensive programs that dig deeper into specific industry topics. Master sessions are open to those with a Full registration or a 1-day education registration for the day of the session, but have limited seating for an optimal learning experience. Attendees may guarantee a seat for $25 per session during registration. Prior to each session, any non-guaranteed seating will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis at no additional charge.
Innovation Session – Located in the new Innovation Hub, these programs will not only explore innovations in home building, but also offer attendees new, interactive options for learning. 60-90 minute presenter-led sessions will address emerging building techniques, products and technologies, while more informal, attendee-driven programs will allow for invaluable peer-to-peer sharing, networking and open forum. Full registration or 1-day education registration for the day of the session is required.
Plan Review – This unique three-hour session offers a chance to review your design plans with experts in the field who can offer suggestions and solutions to help take them to the next level. Full registration or 1-day education registration for the day of the session is required.
Advanced - Attendees should have extensive prior knowledge of the subject matter.
Intermediate - Attendees should have fundamental prior knowledge of the subject matter.
Novice - Attendees need little or no prior knowledge of the subject matter.
