Lee Odess is the Chief Operating Officer of Custom Builders USA. In his role, Odess is responsible for managing and growing the business on both national and local levels, including the development of builder and vendor relationships. Odess has more than eight years of industry experience. Most recently, Odess was the home builder account supervisor for lighting control manufacturer Lutron Electronics. In that role, Odess was responsible for the development, execution and management of Lutron's national home builder campaign, while serving as the company liaison to the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). Odess is a member of the NAHB's National Council of the Housing Industry (NCHI) and the Custom Home Builder Committee. He has worked extensively with the NAHB 20 Clubs and has addressed hundreds of home builders throughout the country at tradeshows, 20 Club events and through local home builder associations.
