Over a 19 year period, Al has been exposed to all aspects of the SIP industry including manufacturing, distribution, installation, design, engineering and consulting. Al has been a featured presenter at the NAHB's International Building Show for the past three years with information about everything from SIPs basics to advanced concepts in SIP design and installation. He has been involved with the Structural Insulated Panel Association (SIPA) for over 14 years. He was recently elected to the SIPA Board of Directors and currently acts as the director of the SIPschool, the only formal training facility dedicated to educating the SIP industry. Al has nearly 500 SIP projects to his credit including the largest SIP structure ever built with approximately 400,000 Square Feet of panels.
