Bob Mirman is CEO and founder of Eliant, Inc. The mission of this Irvine-based firm is to assist builders in developing systematic procedures for delighting their homebuyers. Eliant's active client list includes over 250 national homebuilders. Bob is often identified as the "Dean of Homebuyer Research" and his column, "From the Buyer's Perspective," appears bi-monthly in Builder Digest. Bob also wrote the entire mid-June, 2003 and mid-October 2004 issues of Big Builder magazine on the subject of "Homebuyer Satisfaction." These two issues have achieved legendary status as the industry's primary resource for homebuyer satisfaction techniques. Bob is writing the next issue in the series for publication during the last quarter of 2005.
