The 2027 NAHB International Builders' Show® (IBS) is being held in Las Vegas, Nevada, February 2–4!

Register in September for the premier, once-a-year event that connects, educates and improves the residential construction industry. From flexible registration packages to fit your goals to clear cancellation and refund policies, we’ve made it easy to design the Builders’ Show experience that works best for you.

Your IBS registration doesn’t only get you onto the Builders’ Show floor. It also gives you access to the show floor of the NKBA Kitchen & Bath Industry Show (KBIS) for even more innovation and inspiration.

Expo+Education Pass

WHAT DOES IT INCLUDE?
  • 3-day access to 100+ education sessions, Tuesday, February 2 – Thursday, February 4, 2027
  • 3-day entry to the IBS & KBIS exhibit floors and the IBS Centrals, Tuesday, February 2 – Thursday, February 4, 2027

  • Access to the online library of recorded sessions after the show*

All fees below are subject to change.

If you are attending your first NAHB International Builders' Show as an NAHB member, you are eligible for this special discount on your Expo+Education Pass. If our records indicate that you previously registered as an NAHB member, you will be charged the member Expo+Education Pass fee. Learn more about joining NAHB. First-time attendee pricing is only available to current members of a local HBA affiliated with NAHB who are registering for the Builders’ Show for the first time as an NAHB Member. Manufacturer and software provider registrants are not eligible for this offer.

Hotel Deadlines

HBA Hotel Deadline: The deadline to reserve rooms within your room block is Thursday, December 3, 2026. After December 17, if there are any unreserved rooms in your block, they will no longer be exclusively accessible to your members.

IBS Room Block Deadline: Monday, January 11, 2027.
