What is going on at the Show for international visitors?

Welcome!

The NAHB International Builders' Show (IBS) is the largest annual light construction show in the world, attracting more than 50,000 attendees from more than 100 countries.

Featuring the industry’s most important global manufacturers and suppliers and showcasing the latest building products and technologies, visitors can also participate in education sessions designed to improve the way they do business as well as countless breakfasts, lunches, roundtables and networking receptions where they can meet, mingle and do business.

Make sure to visit International Central, the business center for international attendees, while you are at the show! International Central will be located in Hall C, next to International Registration.

Register to Attend the Expo

Registration for the 2013 Show is now OPEN! You can register for the show by clicking on the "Register" button above in the upper left part of the page, on the navigation bar.

Connecting International Buyers with U.S. Suppliers

The 2013 NAHB International Builders' Show (IBS) has been chosen once again to be part of the U.S. Department of Commerce International Buyer Program (IBP), bringing together international customers and buyers with United States firms by promoting leading U.S. trade shows in industries with high export potential, like building and construction. IBP participation can benefit both international attendees and exhibiting companies whose goal is to sell in the global marketplace.

Opportunities at IBS are being promoted via U.S. embassies, consulates and Commercial Service posts worldwide. The IBP and NAHB also survey exhibitors and international delegates regarding their purchasing and selling interests to help match exhibitors with prospective buyers.

Visa Information

Some international visitors may be required to obtain a visa to travel to the United States to attend IBS. See this information to find out if you need a visa and how to apply for one.

Letters of Invitation

Letters of Invitation will be available for vistors/buyers and exhibitors, in both electronic format (PDF) and paper.  Please see your registration confirmation email for details on submitting a request. You must be registered for the 2013 show as an exhibitor or an attendee (buyer) to request a letter of invitation.
