J. Michael Noonan Michael Noonan is the Minnesota Division President of Toll Brothers - a national builder constructing homes and new communities in twenty states. A planner by education and land developer by profession, Mr. Noonan has oversee the development and construction of thousands of acres of land and homes over his career in both Canada and the United States. A full member of both the Canadian Institute of Planners and the American Institute of Certified Planners, Mr. Noonan holds master degrees in Public Administration and Business Administration from Carleton University and the University of Ottawa. An active members of the local, state and national home builders associations, Mr. Noonan sits on the Board of Directors of the Builders Association of the Twin Cities, the Builders Association of Minnesota and the National Association of Home Builders. For 2005 and 2006, Mr. Noonan is representing Minnesota as its state representative on the Executive Board of the NAHB.
