What It's About:

There are three kinds of people: those that make things happen, those that watch things happen, and those that say, "What happened?" Everyone secretly wants to be a great leader and make things happen, but the fear of failure holds many back. What does it take to champion the charge and pull ahead of the pack? It all begins with how comfortable you feel “in the saddle.” The art of leadership is knowing how to visualize goals, make fears disappear and lead yourself to where you want others to follow. In this entertaining and enlightening session, learn how to get on the horse, lead the charge and bring others along with you. Discover how attitude creates success, shapes your mood and is contagious.

What You'll Learn:

  • Learn to manage your mood even under difficult circumstances.
  • Explore how the power of attitude is contagious and can change office morale and organizational culture.
  • Discover the three secrets only optimists know.
  • Increase confidence by breaking through behavioral barriers.

How to Attend:

Participants must be registered for a full registration package or a 1-day education with expo pass package valid for the day of the session they wish to attend. Seating for Building Knowledge sessions will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
