What It's About:

Creating a successful custom building project means managing buyer expectations and guiding them through the process as well as the project itself. This session reviews how to educate potential clients regarding the key elements of a successful experience. Learn specific strategies for managing homeowner expectations during this challenging time when done properly, these strategies turn your customers into your biggest fans and the best source of future referrals.

What You'll Learn:

  • Learn how to set clear expectations from the first client meeting.
  • Review a sample paper trail to facilitate customer communication, and a framework to respond to customer warning signals.
  • Acquire the skills to take action to proactively avert serious problems.

How to Attend:

Participants must be registered for a full registration package or a 1-day education with expo pass package valid for the day of the session they wish to attend. Seating for Building Knowledge sessions will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
