Social media is something we all know we should be doing, but we often see two extremes in approach. One is to ignore or put it off, and the other is to do a lot of posting. Both are most often short-sighted as they are not driven by end goals and a solid strategy. It can be hard to see the direct result of our social media efforts in the form of leads, but we can’t ignore the impact it has on building a brand, establishing a leadership position in the industry and in assisting other marketing channels that do drive leads directly. This Tech Bytes session provides the solid research, planning and strategy for social media that will garner more awareness and ultimately drive sales.
