The subject of capacity is critical for builders and project managers but often misunderstood and frequently ignored altogether. This session will untangle the topic and deliver proven tools and strategies to make your business much more predictable and, therefore, poised and able to capture a larger share of the market. Topics include general growth and project management challenges and how they can be measured and controlled to ensure capacity is not exceeded. Strategies to overcome hiring and staffing issues common to business growth will also be discussed, along with formulas to guide better decision-making and productivity.
