J. Bradley Simons is a Vice President of Magleby Construction. Over the last twelve (12) years Magleby grew in revenues, expanded to Idaho, Northern Utah, Mexico with two separate operations, Puerto Rico and the Domincan Republic. Brad is a part owner of several affiliated companies to Magleby Construction and is currently leading two affiliated companies. Teamworx works to address the skilled labor challenge and Proworx is a professional service provider located in the Dominican Republic. Brad is the CFO of Mtrade Services a sub-contracting company affliated with Magleby providing service for Magleby and other customer builders in Utah. Brad is a frequent speaker at IBS in general and central sessions. Brad is a Senior Life Delegate of NAHB and currently a member of the Board of Directors and is a member of the Association Planning Committee (APC). Brad received his BA in History from the University of Utah, his MBA from Westminster College and continues to learn by working on his Doctorate of Business Administration with a Leadership emphasis. Life experiences combined with formal education give Brad a unique perspective on leadership and business. Brad lives in Utah and the Dominican Republic has four grown children and one spectacular 15 year old grandson. Brad enjoys travel and golf.
