Dana Brown is Fannie Mae’s Vice President – Customer Engagement. Dana leads the overall management and optimization of the enterprise’s Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) equity investment platform, including the equity syndicator, transactional fund structuring, portfolio management, acquisitions, and equity credit enhancement activities. He is responsible for building strong relationships with syndicators and other customers. He also manages the LIHTC Asset Management group and works with leadership to design a Multifamily LIHTC equity investment business strategy that maximizes value for the company. Dana also manages the Green Financing and Healthy Housing Rewards business.
