Ken Semler, President and Founder of Impresa Modular, has more than two decades of experience in the modular homes industry. He is a licensed/registered/certified builder in 42 states. Impresa Modular is a nationwide custom home builder which utilizes a network of 25 modular manufacturers to construct custom homes across the country. Ken is also the CEO of Impresa Building Systems, with a current factory in South Carolina to supply Impresa Homes with products along with other regional developers and builders. Ken has given numerous presentations on the modular homes industry. Most recently, Ken presented in two Education Sessions and in the BSC Lounge, the Custom Building Central, and 55+ Housing Central at the 2022 International Builders Show. He is an NAHB National Delegate representing the Eastern Panhandle HBA and is a former Chairman of the Building Systems Councils and the current 2nd Vice-Chair. Ken holds accounting degrees from Shepherd University and the Virginia Polytechnic Institute. He has also earned a CAPS (Certified Aging in Place Specialist) designation from NAHB.
