Over 22 years, Kimberly has worked extensively with all commercial real estate functions throughout the United States and Canada, including site selection and development, due diligence, acquisitions, property management and asset management. Kimberly is recognized as an expert in the fields of multifamily consumer research, rent positioning, and product design. Kimberly also has a strong technical background in market-submarket selection, econometric modeling, and revenue management. Prior to joining Meyers, Kimberly worked as Senior Director at Alvarez & Marsal, an international global restructuring firm, in the Real Estate Advisory Services Group. Some of her assignments included asset management/property management of distressed student housing, valuation of real estate at regional banks throughout the country, analysis of military housing feasibility, calculation of depth of demand for on and off-campus student and staff housing projects, and litigation support involving matters of dispute in commercial real estate transactions. Kimberly holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Economics from Texas A&M University as well as Program Certifications in various management, marketing, and real estate concentrations from Southern Methodist University, the University of Notre Dame, and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
