Matt Sauls is Vice President, Marketing and Product Development for Pardee Homes’ Inland Empire division, guiding the company’s marketing, advertising and product design strategies for master planned communities and neighborhoods in the Inland Empire. Matt is currently responsible for strategic marketing planning and implementation for more than 17 active new home neighborhoods. He also manages current master plan marketing programs and helps vision future area communities under development by Pardee Homes. These communities will eventually consist of approximately 10,000+ planned units and carry on the Pardee Homes legacy of building homes and communities for the way people want to live, while creating premium value through a trusting builder relationship.
Matt began his career as a new home market researcher with The Meyers Group in 1996, and worked directing analysis projects throughout California, Nevada and Oregon. Continuing to broaden his scope of new home research experience, Matt joined Marketscape Research Consulting, a firm focused on providing qualitative consumer research to home builders. This experience allowed Matt to focus on the importance of the consumer perspective.
Matt left the consulting world to put his research experience to use with Forecast Homes and later Young Homes driving strategies for Marketing, on-going research, product segmentation and pricing recommendations for due diligence projects.
