In 2005, Patrick Ginn got his start in real estate brokerage and quickly found his passion for land and new construction sales. This passion quickly propelled him to $90 million in closed transactions and earned him the designation as one of the Wall Street Journal’s Top 1000 Agents in America. Patrick began working in development and vertical construction with local partners in 2009. Then in 2014, Patrick forged his own path with sights set on filling a major hole in the Southwest Washington market – a need to help fill the ‘missing middle’. Patrick saw the potential behind small-lot, detached and attached development and construction. Woodridge II, a 114-home project within the City of Vancouver was the first narrow-lot development that Patrick acquired as raw land, developed, and quickly sold out.
Leveraging the success of this business model, Patrick created the Ginn Group, a Vancouver, Washington based company providing land development, home design and permitting, construction management, real estate sales, and property management services to the local market. The company focuses on providing top-quality homes for everyone, including first time home buyers, those in the workforce, investors, and the active adult market. In 2019, Ginn Group built nearly 250 quality new homes and is on pace to start more than 300 in 2020. With nearly 2,000 housing units in its pipeline, and the goal of creating 10,000 units in 100 new communities by 2030, Ginn Group is committed to its core purpose of Making a Difference by Creating Community. The ultimate goal is for Ginn Group to build an internal 501(c)(3) that will generate at least $1 million annually to give back to local philanthropic causes.
