Profile Extrusion Overview 

Astro Plastics has been designing and producing custom profile extrusions to resolve customers’ challenges for more than 50 years. In addition to complete design and drafting services, Astro Plastics offers expert in-house tool and die manufacturing. We offer our services on single and twin-screw extruders with optional co-extrusion and tri-extrusion additions with added in-line and off-line fabrication options including: cutting, stamping and notching, punching, drilling, routing, gluing and tape applications.
