Program Formats

IBS education has gone through some changes for 2014. Here are details on the new program formats for education sessions!

Building Knowledge Session – These 60-minute sessions are the foundation of IBS education. With more than 100 sessions in 12 education tracks, attendees are guaranteed to find programs on the hottest, most relevant building industry topics. Full registration is required.

Spotlight Session – Each time block features one Spotlight Session, a 60-minute program that highlights leading industry experts and the latest emerging trends. IBS attendees won’t want to miss these high-profile, energizing sessions. Full registration is required.

Master Session – These sessions are in-depth, three-hour intensive programs that dig deeper into specific industry topics. Master sessions are open to all full registrants, but have limited seating for an optimal learning experience. Attendees may guarantee a seat for $25 per session during registration. Prior to each session, any non-guaranteed seating will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis at no additional charge.

Tech Hub Session – Located in the new Tech Hub, these 60-minute sessions provide an interactive experience that encourages attendees to “plug in” and participate. Sessions will explore emerging technology issues in our industry ranging from mobile and tablet applications to social media. Full registration is required.
