The official IBS Housing Service is now closed.

For changes to an existing reservation, or to cancel your reservation; please contact your confirmed hotel directly starting on Friday, January 2. Please see your email confirmation for the hotel cancellation policy applicable to your reservation.

If you are looking to book a new reservation, NAHB has approved another travel agent company called ARES to assist our IBS attendees with new hotel reservations. To make reservations through ARES, you may call the Reservation Center at 1-877-300-6147 or book your room online.

Monday through Friday: 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM
Saturday: 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM
Sunday: 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM
Major Holidays: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Reservations Call Center hours are PST.

PLEASE NOTE! Since the IBS Housing Service is closed, all new reservation rates will be at the discretion of the hotel. The ARES Housing System is a 3rd party travel agent, therefore, any questions on hotel policies stated or payments made on the ARES website should be directed to the ARES Reservation Center or to the hotel directly.
