InSinkErator

Over the past seven years, Carly has been leading new product development projects for InSinkErator’s Water Business, one of which culminated in the Showroom Collection, a full line of instant hot water dispensers. Under her leadership, this project grew Insinkerator’s hot water presence in kitchen and bath showrooms across the U.S. and Canada.  Much of the collection’s success can be attributed to the team spending time in the field visiting showrooms to gain valuable insights from consumers and showroom personnel on the optimal designs.  Carly has expanded her skills into disposal innovation while continuing to lead new product development for water. Carly has a Bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Illinois-Chicago. She has an array of product management and marketing experiences across multiple industries including industrial machinery, cable companies, and advanced materials. Carly resides in Oak Creek, Wisconsin.  In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three young children.
