Heather Tankersley is the co-founder and owner of Tankersley Construction based in Rancho Cordova, California. Tankersley Construction is a luxury builder focused on custom homes, additions, and whole-home remodels in the greater Sacramento region. Tankersley Construction was founded in 2017 and has been recognized as the 15th fastest-growing business and the 25th largest woman-owned business by the Sacramento Business Journal in 2022. 

Heather has been nationally recognized by Pro Remodeler's "Forty under 40". Before co-founding Tankersley Construction, Heather managed complex commercial construction projects for some of the largest electrical contractors in the United States. Heather's prior project experience includes new student housing at Sacramento State University, new UC Hastings San Francisco classrooms, medical facility expansion at Folsom State Prison, and multiple VA and healthcare projects throughout Northern California. Heather is married to co-owner Steve Tankersley and resides in Shingle Springs, California, with their two sons.
