Through creative yet practical approaches to documentation and construction coordination, Jim helps the firm deliver successful rental and for sale housing, mixed use and even commercial and civic projects. As a natural communicator, Jim works collaboratively with clients, consultants and contractors to deftly navigate permit processing, consultant integration, construction documentation, and construction observation.
