    Unfortunately, every business has its share of difficult people to deal with. They can be customers, co-workers, bosses, neighbors and even spouses. This session reveals the six basic personality types of difficult people who are out to drain you and your organization of vital energy. Learn what they do, why they do it and what you can do about it! Explore ways to stay empowered and positive in the face of negative, reactive and draining people. Develop the critical skill of dealing with difficult people in a way that leads to success.
