    What It's About

    The 2024 International Residential Code and the 2024 International Energy Conservation Code a watershed update for residential construction. The International Code Council publishes its suite of I-Codes every three years, and each new model code edition continues to become more closely integrated to make new homes and home renovations more resilient and energy efficient. The IECC also has multiple compliance pathways that offer more flexibility to builders to find cost-effective solutions. In this session, gain an understanding of these code changes, understand their cost impacts and how they will affect your business operations and promotion, and identify the various options for compliance.
