Alufem Aluminium operates in a 24,000 m² closed area in the Kayseri Organized Industrial Zone, providing customer-oriented, fast, and innovative services with aluminum extrusion press lines, polishing surface processing machines, anodizing facilities, electrostatic painting, wood coating, CNC machining centers, assembly lines, and expert teams in the field.

Our company has the capacity to produce over 25,000 tons of aluminum profiles annually through various alloys in T0, T4, T5, and T6 heat treatment processes using extrusion press lines of 1100 USTons (5’’), 2000 USTons (7’’), and 3600 MTons (10’’).

In our anodizing facility, we perform matte, glossy, and satin finishes with a capacity of 4,000,000 m²/year, accommodating lengths of up to 7.5 meters. We can meet coloring requests ranging from very light bronze to black using Tin Sulfate and Nickel Sulfate baths.

Our aluminum wood coating lamination machine increases production flexibility by allowing quick and effective color changes. It is designed to provide a durable and reliable wood coating lamination on the surfaces of aluminum profiles. Together with high-quality production and assembly processes, we give our aluminum profiles a wood-like appearance.

With our electrostatic vertical and horizontal powder coating facilities, we offer services with a capacity of 20,000 tons/year in all RAL codes and architectural series colors. Our powder coating facility is designed to be completely isolated from external environmental effects, and production is carried out in a fully automated process-controlled cabin system.

The 3 and 4-axis CNC profile machining centers, CNC angled double-head saws, and special machine lines within our facility can perform the mechanical processing applications required by our customers with care and speed.

In our R&D center, we provide design and technical support in line with our customers' requests, focusing on maximum quality and satisfaction.

10" Extrusion Press Line

Our company has the capacity to produce aluminum profiles in various alloys in T0, T4, T5 and T6 hardness grades with 3600 MTon (10'') extrusion press lines.

Vertical Powder Coating

Our vertical powder coating facility operates with a capacity of 16,000 tons/year, offering services in all RAL codes and architectural coatings.

Alufem Aluminium is located in Kayseri Organized Industrial Zone in a closed area of 24.000 m2.

5" Extrusion Press
Our company has the capacity to produce aluminum profiles in various alloys in T0, T4, T5 and T6 hardness grades with 1,100 US Ton (5'') extrusion press lines.
7" Extrusion Press
Our company has the capacity to produce aluminum profiles in various alloys in T0, T4, T5 and T6 hardness grades with 2000 US Ton (7'') extrusion press lines.
10" Extrusion Press
Our company has the capacity to produce aluminum profiles in various alloys in T0, T4, T5 and T6 hardness grades with 3600 MTon (10'') extrusion press lines.
Purification
As an indication of its understanding that ALUFEM brand values the environment and people, it has commissioned the most possible modern purification facility in today’s conditions that has an annual capacity of 132.000 m³.
Die Unit
We carry out mold correction and maintenance operations using modern techniques with our staff with more than 30 years of experience.
Wood Finishing Lamination Machine
Along with high-quality production and assembly processes, we apply a wood-like appearance to our aluminum profiles.
Horizontal Powder Coating Plant
Our electrostatic powder coating facility serves in all RAL codes and architectural coating paints with a capacity of 4.000 ton/year.

Anodizing
In our anodizing facility, we can apply matte, glossy, and satin finishes up to 7.5 meters with an annual capacity of 4,000,000 m², and meet color requests from light bronze to black in T0, T4, T5, and T6 hardness levels using tin and nickel sulfate baths.
Mechanical Process
With our 3 and 4 axis CNC profile machining centers, angled double - headed precision - cutting saws and process specific custom machining lines we carry out mechanical processes that our clients need with delicacy and speed within our facilities, such as performing profile cutting, notching, drilling, countersinking, threading operations.
