Nailer, The

The Nailer is a drywall backer or clip used in place of extra blocking (lathe catcher) or dead-wood in interior corners for drywall. The Nailer is the surface in a wall to wall and a wall to ceiling corner and the drywall fastens to it. By using The Nailer, the wall cavity is better insulated and installs in less time than the wood counterpart.
