100% Made in the USA.

Americana Thermally Modified Real Wood is a pioneering company dedicated to providing high-quality, sustainable Pennsylvania hardwood products for a variety of outdoor applications, including decking, siding, and porch flooring. By utilizing a natural thermal modification process, the company enhances the durability, stability, and weather resistance of its real hardwood products without relying on chemicals, making them an eco-friendly alternative to traditional treated wood.

  • Americana - A Sustainable Marvel at Omni PGA Resort
The Americana™ project at the Omni PGA Resort in Frisco, TX, epitomizes innovation and sustainability in wood construction. Spanning over 100,000 square feet, this project showcases Americana's™ thermally modified Appalachian Ash hardwood products, including decking, siding, and custom profiles for decorative soffits, baffles, roofing materials, and bench cladding. Initiated in late 2021, this large-scale endeavor reached completion in March 2023. Americana's™ thermally modified wood emerges as the optimal choice for the resort, offering inherent resilience perfectly suited to endure the extreme hot, cold, and intense sun conditions prevalent in Frisco, Texas.
  • Desert Oasis Redefined: Americana Wood Seamlessly Transitions between Interior and Exterior Spaces
Americana Wood is forged in 400-Degree heat, so it is perfectly suited to withstand whatever the Nevada desert can throw at it. Here at this spectacular new home in the Summerlin area of Las Vegas, All Pro Construction used Americana Poplar primarily as a ceiling and soffit product, but also as interior and exterior accents throughout. Since ceiling and soffits do not see direct sun, the rich brown color of Americana Poplar will endure without any maintenance. Thus the natural warmth of the wood extends from the main living room ceiling out into the curved patio seamlessly, continuing down as a paneling for the outdoor kitchen and bar. Back inside All Pro used the wood in the wine cellar, as a bench in the master bath, and under a walkway, all in ways that perfectly complement the modern aesthetic with the inimitable beauty of real wood.
  • Americana - Special Charm For A Coastal Setting
Americana™ Thermally Modified Hardwood takes center stage in a coastal home located in Frisco, NC, crafted by Leading Edge Enterprises from State College, PA. Utilizing Americana™ Thermally Modified Pennsylvania Oak across the exterior, including siding, decking, railing, and stair treads, this project embodies a harmonious blend of natural aesthetics and durability. The distinctive weathering of Americana™ Thermally Modified Hardwood adds a unique charm to the coastal ambiance of the home.
