Sunflex brackets undergo a sandblasting process after cutting, drilling and welding. They are then treated with a dip catholic coating called cataphoresis before being painted with electrostatic paint. This process provides a minimum guarantee of 10 years. Cathotic technology is environmentally friendly and used in automobiles, as well as the chasis and visible surfaces of buses and trucks as a protective coating against corrosion under the paint.
