Since 2012, David has recruited, trained, and coached thousands of new home sales professionals, working with builders ranging from small, locally owned companies to regional firms and national leaders. Before launching his career in homebuilding, David spent 15 years as a pastor, where he developed his skills in communication, motivation, and leadership.
