Michael Kramer is a Partner in the Tampa office of BSB Design, a nationally-recognized architecture and planning firm with 12 offices from coast to coast. Michael’s career includes design positions with national homebuilding companies and regional architecture firms, so he has first-hand knowledge of what homebuilders need from their architectural design teams. He can speak directly to the specific challenges homebuilders face and the best ways for design and planning to overcome those challenges en route to a successful project. As Partner in Tampa, Michael oversees the daily operations and business development efforts in the region. He is Past President of the Manatee-Sarasota Building Industry Association where he remains active locally, and he frequently participates in State and national associations and industry-related events. Michael strives to bring BSB’s unique, team-centered charette process to builders throughout the region so they can differentiate themselves from the competition.
