Michael is an accomplished design-firm leader with more than 24 years of experience managing operations and coordinating teams on regional and national design and development projects across nearly every scale and product type. His diverse background in estimating, purchasing, and architectural design for both builders and design firms gives him a uniquely practical perspective that informs every project he leads. As a Partner, Michael’s management and communication style are shaped by his hands-on experience in the day-to-day operational side of production homebuilding and multifamily residential development. He approaches every design assignment with a clear focus on collaboration, guiding client interactions and project teams toward thoughtful, results-driven solutions that create successful communities. Beyond his project leadership, Michael is deeply committed to advancing the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry through mentorship, professional development, and industry engagement. A past president and 2011 Builder of the Year for his local Building Industry Association, he helped guide the organization through one of the most challenging periods in the industry’s history. He continues to stay active both locally and nationally, sharing his insight through speaking engagements, industry panels, and published articles on emerging design trends and best practices.
