Raven is the Manager of Early Talent and Partnerships at Andersen Windows & Doors. With a passion for youth development, she works closely with students from middle school through their early post-college years, fostering growth and creating impactful opportunities. Raven brings energy and enthusiasm to every endeavor. At Andersen, Raven has made impactful contributions, notably launching, and leading their enterprise internship program. Her innovation and expertise earned Andersen recognition as one of the Top 50 Midsize Early Career Programs in the nation. She has successfully increased intern conversion ratios by an impressive 67%. Additionally, she’s cultivated a strong demand for Andersen's internship positions, nearly doubling the early talent workforce. Most recently, she was honored with the University of Minnesota's Employer Partner Award, for her exceptional service to early talent. Raven currently serves on the boards of the American Red Cross and HandsOn Twin Cities. Committed to building meaningful connections and shaping future leaders, Raven combines her expertise in talent development with her passion for community impact.
