Andi Dirkschneider is the President of Brookline Homes, LLC. Brookline Homes is a Charlotte based, family-owned homebuilder. Operating in a market dominated by Nationals, Land and Development has become critical to the growth and success of Brookline Homes. Andi holds a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience and Behavior Biology, as well a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Emory University. In 2022, she received an MBA with a Real Estate Concentration from UNC Charlotte as well as a Master of Science in Real Estate. She serves as the Chair of her local PWB, a Builder Director for her local HBA, and on the NAHB PWB Board of Trustees. In her free time, you will find Andi hiking with her dogs or hanging out at a Brewery.
