The 2026 NAHB International Builders’ Show® (IBS) has two official show homes this year. Experience the latest in design trends, product innovations, smart home technology and green building techniques when you tour The New American Home® 2026 . Don’t miss the chance to witness the best in design modifications, aging-in-place features and craftsmanship when you tour The New American Remodel® 2026.

Complimentary shuttle buses run every 30 minutes from the Orange County Convention Center for all registered IBS and KBIS attendees who want to tour The New American Home® and The New American Remodel®.

Complimentary tickets are required to board the shuttle buses and for access to the homes. The shuttle buses will depart from the designated shuttle bus area at the West building. Tickets are available at the ticket booth* only for Thursday's tours and are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis for that day’s departure times. Tickets run out quickly, so we strongly encourage you to visit the ticket booth early for the best chance of getting tickets.
