Year in and year out, this zone is attended by more than 6,000 people who learn about new building techniques to take home to their own businesses. Whereas our Construction Performance Zone focuses on the larger structural and performance-related aspects of building, this zone will explore the details, updates and finishes that complete the home. Expert craftspersons will lead our demonstrations and will be joined by a variety of industry-leading builders, influencers, and more. The CTZ is a must-see for builders, specialty remodelers, trade contractors and craftspersons interested in skilled techniques.
