IBS Expo Pass gives you access to:

  • DCW Opening Ceremonies (seating is first-come first served)

Pre-show Education requires a separate registration.

The IBS House Party, IBS Young Pro Party, IBS Closing Concert, The Nationals, Powered by Chase and The Best in American LivingTM Awards (BALA) sponsored by SMEG require separate tickets.

All IBS Education sessions are in the Orange County Convention Center’s West Concourse (West); however, the layout isn’t entirely intuitive.

Specifically, while the majority of the Building Knowledge Sessions are at the Hall A/B/C end of West on Level 3, it is important to know that the Level 3 hallway does not run continuously from that end of West to the other.

If you are walking from the Building Knowledge Sessions on Level 3 to any of the specialty learning experiences on Level 2 at the Hall F end of West, including:

  • The AI & Tech Studio (W230)
  • The Spotlight Room (WF3), home to our featured Game Changers and Super Sessions
  • Or the Building Knowledge Sessions in West 224B or West 240C

You will need to go down to Level 2 at Hall C before continuing to the other end of West and reverse it when heading back to the sessions on Level 3.

The best way to find an exhibitor while you're onsite at IBS is by using the IBS Mobile App where you can search for an exhibitor by name, by product or by browsing the full list. Once you select an exhibitor in the mobile app and click on the booth number, the interactive map will show where that exhibitor is located. If you also tap the navigation arrow in the lower right corner, the app will give you routing instructions.

Pro-tip: Each booth number starts with a letter that indicates an exhibit hall. W=West Hall, S=South Hall, N=North Hall and P=Outdoor Exhibits.

IBS Exhibit Hours and Locations:

Tuesday, February 17 – Thursday, February 19: 9 AM - 5 PM

  • West Hall B – F, Level 2
  • North & South Hall A, Level 1
  • Outdoor Exhibits, West Parking Lot W1

The New American Home® (TNAH) and The New American Remodel® (TNAR) tour shuttle busses will pick up and drop off at the Westwood Entrance behind the West Concourse.

Uber and Lyft are car pickup services that can be a great alternative to waiting in long transportation lines. You can download the Uber app or Lyft app to your smartphone.

Taxi service at the Orange County Convention Center (OCCC) is available curbside at the designated taxi stands:

  • Front of the West Concourse - outside of the A Lobby and outside of the E/F Lobby
  • Back of the West Concourse - outside of the Westwood Lobby
  • Front of the North Concourse
  • Front of the South Concourse

Taxi inventory in Orlando is limited, so ride share (Uber/Lyft) may be a better option.

Please be aware that parking is extremely limited at the Orange County Convention Center (OCCC). Get more information about parking at the OCCC.
