The 2026 International Builders' Show^® is going to Orlando.

The Orange County Convention Center is located at 9800 International Drive, Orlando, FL 32819. Follow these tips if you're driving to the Center:

Keep an eye out for the electronic road signs around the OCCC. The signs will be constantly updated to help you avoid traffic congestion. Follow the directions of signs and traffic control officers to help you find parking around the Center.
To avoid heavy traffic, stay off of International Drive; use Universal Boulevard as an alternate route to the parking lots and take the parking lot shuttle to the front of the West Hall.

Parking

Limited daily paid parking is available at the Orange County Convention Center (OCCC) and designated offsite lots. When approaching or exiting the Center, follow the directions of the traffic control officers to find the quickest and easiest access to parking or exiting. Overnight parking is not permitted in the Center's lots. Vehicles left on the property overnight will be towed at the owner's risk and expense. Visit the OCCC website for more parking information.

North/South Parking Lot at the OCCC:

Daily Parking Fee: $35 per car per entry without re-entry

Purchase discounted parking passes in advance at the OCCC's North/South Lot at occcparking.com. Please note, you must buy a pass for each day you intend to park. The OCCC's advance purchase system only allows for a single day pass per transaction, so if you reserve a spot you will need to initiate a separate transaction for each day's pass. Presale passes are only available for February 16 - 19.

Offsite Parking Lots

Additional parking will be available near the Convention Center campus. View a map of participating parking lots.

Complimentary shuttle service will be provided between the Destination Parking Garage & Aquatica Lot and the OCCC with stops at both the West and North/South Concourse. The Hawaiian Court, Watson and Pointe Orlando Lots are within walking distance of the OCCC.

The Aquatica Lot at SeaWorld is offering pre-paid parking passes. Under Upgrades & Add-ons, select Parking and choose the dates you plan to park to buy your pass in advance.

Driving Directions to the OCCC:

From the Orlando International Airport (EAST)

Go west on SR 528 (Beachline Expwy) to Exit 1 (International Drive)
Go north (right) approximately one mile to Convention Center

From Daytona Beach or Downtown Orlando (NORTHEAST)

Take Interstate 4 west to the SR 528 (Beachline Expwy) exit (Exit 72)
Go east on SR 528 to Exit 1 (International Drive)
Go north (right) approximately one mile to Convention Center

From Gainesville (NORTHWEST)

Take Interstate 75 south to Florida's Turnpike
Go south on Florida's Turnpike to Interstate 4 west
Go west on Interstate 4 to the SR 528 (Beachline Expwy) exit (Exit 72)
Go east on SR 528 to Exit 1 (International Drive)
Go north (right) approximately one mile to Convention Center

From Tampa (SOUTHWEST)

Take Interstate 4 east to the SR 528 (Beachline Expwy) exit (Exit 72)
Go east on SR 528 to Exit 1 (International Drive)
Go north (right) approximately one mile to Convention Center

From Miami (SOUTHEAST) via Interstate 95

Take Interstate 95 north to SR 528 (Beachline Expwy)
Go west on SR 528 to Exit 1 (International Drive)
Go north (right) approximately one mile to Convention Center

Via Florida's Turnpike

Take Turnpike north to Interstate 4 west
Go west on Interstate 4 to the SR 528 (Beachline Expy) exit (Exit 72)
