EACs are independent contractors hired by exhibiting companies to perform services such as booth setup and takedown, booth supervision, or booth design, including independent display companies, delivery personnel, models, photographers, computer technicians, and any company that performs any SERVICE in your booth.

All EACs must submit a valid Certificate of Insurance to NAHB before they will be allowed to perform any service on the exhibit floor.

All such insurance shall be primary of any other valid and collectible insurance of EAC and shall be written on an occurrence basis. Claims made policies are not acceptable and do not constitute compliance with EAC’s obligations under this paragraph.

If requested, copies of additional insured endorsements, primary coverage endorsements and complete copies of policies, satisfactory to Exposition Management, shall be furnished to Exposition Management sixty (60) days before the first day of the Exposition. Certified copies of the Certificates of Insurance or policies shall provide that they may not be cancelled without thirty (30) days notice to Exposition Management.
