What is the status of the IBSx virtual experience?

NAHB made the difficult decision to postpone the exhibitor portion of IBSx, our virtual tradeshow experience, scheduled for Feb. 9-12. Unfortunately our platform provider was not able to fulfill its obligation to meet the traffic capacity required for the show. Due to unexpected and significant site performance issues across both the IBSx and KBIS Virtual platforms, our attendees were not able to participate in much of the programming and exhibitor experiences we had expected to offer.

While the exhibitor portion of the show is no longer being held this week, all of our educational programming, special events and press conferences are available for show registrants as scheduled.

Will the exhibits be cancelled or rescheduled?
The area most impacted by the technology issues has been access to our valued exhibitors. As a result, the show floor featuring IBSx exhibitor booths will be postponed while we work with our platform provider to address the technology issues. Unfortunately we cannot provide a date/time certain at this point.

How can I access the education sessions?
All of the education sessions will be available on BuildersShow.com. You can access the education sessions by clicking the orange 'get access' box within session descriptions using your registration ID number and last name.

Do I need to request a refund for my Expo Pass or All Access Pass?
No, all attendee registration fees, including the All Access Pass, will automatically be refunded to all attendees.

How long will the education content be available?
Most of the education content will be available on BuildersShow.com through June 30.
