What happens to my registration now that the show is virtual?

If you registered on or before October 9, 2020, for the in-person IBS your registration has been transferred to the virtual event with the same access you had for the in-person event. Refunds will be issued within 60 days to the card that was originally used to pay for your registration.

Spouse registrants have been automatically converted to an Expo Pass.

What if I want to change my registration access for the virtual event?

If you would like to upgrade your virtual registration access to an All Access: Education + Expo Pass you can do so by logging back into your registration record, choosing the upgraded registration option and provide the additional payment online.

If you would like to remove the education access from an All Access: Education + Expo Pass registration then you will need to submit a written request to [email protected] by November 7, 2020.
