NAHB Leading Suppliers Council (LSC) Lounge Pass Request Form

Please complete the form below identifying the members of your company that require access to the 2024 IBS NAHB Leading Suppliers Council (LSC) Lounge.

The LSC Lounge is intended to be used for conducting business off the showroom floor in a quiet, sit-down environment. Please note the following:

• LSC Lounge Passes are non-transferable.
• At entry, your IBS badges will be scanned to ensure they match the name on the LSC Lounge Pass.
• A maximum of ten (10) Lounge passes per LSC member company will be strictly enforced.
• Each Lounge pass will grant entry for the pass holder, plus two (2) additional guests.

Please ensure you provide the name and address of the individual designated to receive the passes for distribution within your company.

*The deadline for requests is Monday, December 30, 2023. Please note that there will be no extension of the deadline date.
