Digital Transformation is no longer a buzz-phrase, rather it’s a key growth mechanism for every company. With business environments constantly changing and disruptive competitors coming from everywhere, technology has evolved to be highly accessible, and as such, a company’s digital transformation involves embracing and leading with the unknown. Data is the new oil, and every home building company needs to become a data-driven company. This 3-hour Master Workshop will focus on important changes in technology, software and data that you should embrace if you want to increase profits and stay ahead of your competition. Topics will include artificial intelligence, the pros and cons of interactive floor plans and VR/AR, how software can improve operations, overcoming the uncertainty and difficulty of change, and more.

  • Learn what digital transformation means for your business, how to self-evaluate, how to initiate change and how technology plays a part in your vision.
  • Increase your understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI), and learn how it can be used to enhance your companys profit and operational performance.
  • Understand the importance of data mining and learn how to better harness the data you are already collecting to make decisions.

Workshops are $75 each. Purchase with your IBS registration (any type). Tickets may be purchased online by adding them to your IBS registration. Tickets purchased on or prior to December 13, 2019 will be mailed. Tickets purchased between December 14, 2019 and January 23, 2020 must be picked up by the purchaser at the IBS Special Events Ticket counter in the IBS Registration Tent beginning Sunday, January 19, 2020. Tickets will not be distributed to anyone other than the purchaser of record. Photo ID will be required. Onsite Registration: If you are not yet registered for the show, please follow the instructions above. If you are already registered for IBS, you can head to the room of the workshop you with to attend on Monday, January 20 and staff onsite will process your purchase.
