What It's About

Through analyzing new data, exploring consumer insights and comparing what buyers want on the front end versus what they want once they’ve lived in the home for a while, this session will help high performance builders and manufacturers improve your product offerings, customer experiences and bottom line. By taking a closer look at high performance homebuyer preferences and their decision-making process, builders can clearly target these potential buyers, revise their marketing strategies and hone messaging to drive sales.

What You’ll Learn

  • Discuss what features and benefits matter most to high performance homebuyers.
  • Examine who these people are and why they buy to improve target marketing messaging and campaigns.
  • Review the key decision points of the customer journey: creating a list of builders, selecting a high performance builder, surviving the build and coming out the other side.
  • Identify opportunities for improving communications throughout the consumer journey to make a customer for life.
