Amenities are some of the most important items in both for-sale and rental communities, so it's important to plan these with care and spend your amenity dollars wisely to appeal to your target market. Join two experienced designers as they dive into the intricacies and best practices for designing a successful and viable line-up of amenities. From single family to multifamily, small to large communities, young families to 55+, explore the market research and latest trends so you can confidently apply the right mix to your communities.

How to Attend
Participants must be registered for an Expo + Education or Expo + 1-Day Education pass package valid for the day of the session they wish to attend. Seating for sessions will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
