Building Knowledge Session
Delivering Detached Housing That Is Dense, Desirable & Affordable
Thursday, February 2 | 8:30 - 9:30 AM
LVCC - West 225
What It’s About
One of the industry’s biggest trends—and challenges—is how to successfully build dense. While building more units may mean fewer square feet of living space for our buyers, quality, dense projects are proving to be highly desirable single family housing options for those with varying lifestyles and affordability needs. Join us for this session as we share a case study of the NUVO Parkside project, a high-density, single family detached housing project with four different project lines. While maintaining all the amenities and design of high-end development, NUVO Parkside shows how the combination of dense housing with smaller footprints can work with great results.
