In addition to style, color and architectural trends, this session will explore the latest materials and how they can make for a fresh look while remaining affordable. You’ll discover exterior options appropriate for your region and how to navigate different buyer sensitivities. Learn proven tips to win over buyers and zoning boards. And discover how pre-plotting your community and developing style-driven streetscapes will give a rich, custom look with variety and harmony.

How to Attend
