Matt Sauls is Vice President Marketing for Lewis Management Corp. guiding the marketing efforts for five master plan communities within Southern California. In his current role he manages traditional and digital marketing programs as well as Information Center staff hiring, training and operations. He is a key team member in business planning for future product segmentation and new land acquisition efforts. His role includes working as a key liaison between developer and guest builders to ensure optimized sales, pricing, and absorption strategy. Matt began his career as a new home market researcher with The Meyers Group and worked directing analysis projects throughout California, Nevada and Oregon. Continuing to broaden his scope of new home research experience, Matt joined Marketscape Research Consulting in San Diego, a firm focused on providing qualitative consumer research to homebuilders. This experience allowed Matt to focus in on the importance of the consumer perspective. During his nearly 15 year tenure at the combined Pardee/Tri Pointe Homes company, he managed master plan marketing programs and helped set vision for future communities under entitlement and development. These communities eventually consisted of approximately 15,000+ planned units. He held roles overseeing multiple operational areas including Sales, Marketing, Project Management and Land Development. Matt and his wife currently live in Redlands, California. He has been an active board member of HomeAid Inland Empire and Greater Sales & Marketing Council.
