Erika Ramon is an award winning Marketing Professional with 10 years of real estate industry experience. She earned a Masters in Communication from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi's School of Communication and Media and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi. Erika began her career with a private home builder in 2014 and oversaw the sales and marketing strategy, lead generation, and sales team for 3 major markets in Texas to execute a successful production and custom homebuilding program. In 2018, Erika began working with Crown Community Development as the Marketing Manager for Texas and the communities in Central Texas. In the 5 years that Erika has been with Crown Community Development she has been responsible for providing the creation, direction and strategy for all branding and advertising, campaign promotions, lead generation strategies, event planning, lifestyle programming and planning, architectural review, builder and vendor relations as well as city and county municipalities for the overall delivery of over 2,000 lots to date in Texas. In combination with her marketing efforts in Texas, Erika also oversees the National Branding Strategy for Crown Community Development and consults on the marketing, lifestyle programming, and branding strategies for projects in Illinois and Colorado. She’s an active member of Homebuilder Association's in Texas, member of Urban Land Institute, serves as President of a MUD Board in Texas.
